How do I get my documents to you?

Scan or photograph your documents and use the contact form at the bottom of this page to send them to me via secure DropBox. If you’d rather send them directly to my encrypted email account, let me know that on the contact form.

TIP: If you photograph your documents, please make sure that all of the text is clearly visible.

How much will it cost?

I’ll give you a quote as soon as I see your documents. Here are some ballpark estimates: a birth certificate usually costs $35, while a 6-page contract usually costs around $300. If you need my certification notarized and hard copies mailed to you, that costs a bit extra.

How will you send my documents back to me?

I will send you a PDF of the translation with my signed certification and stamp. If you need me to mail you a hard copy, tell me that when you contact me for a quote.

How do you keep my information safe?

I use encrypted email, shred any hard copies you don’t need, and save electronic copies to an encrypted folder. I do not use any cloud translation tools.

How do I pay you?

Take your pick: Venmo, Zelle, credit card, check. Tell me to get started and I’ll send you an invoice using the method you prefer.

Can you certify a translation I did myself?

Probably. I charge a reasonable editing fee to make sure that the translation is correct before I certify it.
